Yes. We use WordPress to build our sites and this powerful content management system (CSM) allows anyone with good computer skills to make changes to their own website. We always remain available to make changes for you, if you don’t have time or you need more complex changes.
A Content Management System (CMS) is an intuitive, web-based publishing tool, which allows non-technical staff to go into your website and manage the site, making any changes necessary from an internet-enabled computer. Our CMS is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) Editor, which makes it really easy to update information on the site. To control the look of the content, the user is able to edit the website content, together with managing the site’s navigational layout and structure. All changes are made via a normal web browser, so no specialist software is required. Wageman Digital Agency’s CMS is user-friendly. We provide training, together with a manual, so each client is able to use our CMS efficiently after his/her website is launched.
As Wageman Design Agency offers a complimentary CMS training session and provides each client with a CMS manual, it is expected that you will reach the expected level of competency to update your website quickly and easily. However, we are always available via the e-mail or phone and can provide more extensive training packages for a small fee, so you can rely on our help and support.
Should our manual not supply you with a solution to your problem, then you are free to contact our support team by telephone or email Monday – Friday between 9am – 6pm to receive a same day response.
